    • Be in their original packaging.
    • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

3. Process for Returns

  • Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Upon approval, our team will arrange for a return pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be in cash.
  • Exchanges:
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced with the same or similar item at no additional cost.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued for future purchases.

5. Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Products reported after the 48-hour return window.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Gina Utensils will cover return shipping costs for approved claims of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs if the return does not meet our eligibility criteria.
