- Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
3. Process for Returns

- Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Upon approval, our team will arrange for a return pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be in cash.
- Exchanges:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced with the same or similar item at no additional cost.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued for future purchases.
5. Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
- Products reported after the 48-hour return window.
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Gina Utensils will cover return shipping costs for approved claims of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs if the return does not meet our eligibility criteria.
